OPEN GYM

Outside of our operating hours for private and group sessions we also offer an open gym membership. Aimed at the local community and commuters that may benefit from our location.

GYM/CLASS COMBO

A great option for those that want to immerse themselves in solo training whilst having the enjoyment of our classes. Also, an alternative for those unable to attend all scheduled classes. 

ONLINE/REMOTE

Our online training gives you access to personalised training programs as well as nutritional guidance. To be completed at home, in the gym, or even during our open gym hours.
